Industrial Testing

Respitech Medical has been serving the Industrial, Emergency, and Healthcare workforce for over 15 years, by providing Respirator Fit Testing and Pulmonary Function Testing. Our testing is performed using the latest computerized equipment and software from KoKo PFT and meets all OSHA, NIOSH, Disability and American Thoracic Society standards.

What are the current requirements/documents needed to start?

The current requirements/documents required are:

  • Driver’s License or State ID
  • Social Security Card
  • Respiratory License (Signed)
  • CPR (Healthcare Provider from American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
  • Professional Resume or Work History
  • MMR & Varicella Titers
  • TDAP
  • PPD (Chest X-Ray & TB Questionnaire required for positive PPD)
  • Pre-employment Physical
  • Hepatitis B Vaccination (or waiver)
  • Flu Vaccination (if you have it)
  • Education Qualifications (copy of diploma or transcripts)
Once I have accepted an assignment, what happens next?

Once an assignment is accepted, orientation will be scheduled with the facility. The respiratory therapists will also provide additional availability for upcoming shifts once orientation has been successfully completed.
