Salary: $59.00 per hour
13 – Week Contract Position

Lead Respiratory Therapist
The Lead Respiratory Therapist will possess strong clinical and critical thinking skills, a superior work ethic, experience with supervising employees, and the ability to communicate effectively with all members of the multidisciplinary team. The Lead RT will assist the Respiratory Manager with daily clinical operation, coordinates and supervises clinical and technical services provided and provides direct patient care consistent with caseload and schedule demands.
- must have minimum of an Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Care from a Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) program.
- RRT or CRT, BLS, PALS
- At least Five (5) years of recent clinical experience with emphasis on critical care in the pediatric setting.
- Experience with therapies/equipment such as; IPPB i.e. VoleraInsufflation/Exsufflation Therapy, Chest Physiotherapy Diaphragmatic Pacers, High Flow Therapy, Tracheostomy Care, Mechanical Ventilation
- At least 1-2 years in a leadership role overseeing respiratory therapists in a clinical setting.
